About us
We’re two young athletes who grew up in homes where healthy eating was normal, simple, and part of everyday life. From school lunches to pre-training dinners, we learned early on how much good food can change your energy, focus, and confidence. As we got older, we realised a lot of families don’t get the same support — not because they don’t care, but because life is busy.
We saw parents doing school drop-offs, working long hours, running errands, and still trying to figure out what to cook every night. It’s exhausting. And that’s exactly why we created our two-part ebook series.
